Refunds and returns
Incase a damaged or a wrong item is mistakenly sent to you, It must be unopened and in its original condition. You need to tell us within 24hrs of receiving your item. Send us a clear photo of the damage or the wrong item. We will work with you to fix it. For hygiene reasons, some items like underwear ,panties if opened, cannot be returned. We do not offer refunds on services once they have been completed .All sales are final for these items.

We deliver our lovely clothes and two-piece sets nationwide across Ghana. We make sure your package gets to you safely. Once your payment is confirmed via Momo, we will arrange for your delivery to start. We aim to dispatch orders quickly. Delivery times can vary depending on where you live in Ghana. We will give you an estimated time when you place your order. Delivery fees apply and will be communicated to you by our riders before delivery . You will pay for delivery at that time. We work with reliable delivery partners to get your items to you.
