Refunds and returns
Because our products are fresh food items made to order, all sales are final once your order is confirmed and prepared. We cannot accept returns on food items. However, if your order is wrong or damaged when you receive it, please tell us within 48 hours. Send us a photo of the issue. We will work with you to make it right. For any non-food items, if they are unopened and unused, you can return them within 7 days. Please contact us first to arrange this. We want you to be happy with your order. If you have any concerns, please reach out to us directly.
Delivery and fulfilment
We deliver our delicious food and cakes within Accra. Just place your order on WhatsApp. Delivery times depend on your location and the size of your order. We will give you an estimated delivery time when you place your order. Delivery fees may apply based on your location. We will let you know the exact fee when you confirm your order. Please make sure someone is available to receive your order at the agreed time and location. This helps keep your food fresh.
