Refunds and returns
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If you receive a wrong item or an item with a defect, please contact us with clear photos/videos within 24 hours of delivery. Returns or exchanges for change of mind, colour preference, size preference or after an item has been used are not accepted. Items approved for exchange must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging within 24hrs
Delivery and fulfilment
Orders are processed after payment confirmation. Delivery within Accra is typically the following day, while deliveries to other regions of Ghana take approximately 2–3 working days. Delivery costs depend on your location and will be communicated before dispatch. Customers are responsible for the agreed delivery fee.
