Refunds and returns

So payments via MTN Mobile Money. No cancellations once production has started. For bulk orders, 50 percent deposit required before starting, with the balance paid before delivery. Production time is four to five working days. Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the wrong item is delivered or the product arrives damaged. Customers should report any issues within 24 hours of receiving their order. Customized items cannot be returned unless we made a mistake. And finally, customers should confirm all details before payment, as changes may not be possible once production starts, by making payment, they agree to these terms.

Orders are carefully packed within four to five working days. Delivery fees are paid by the customer and vary by location. Once ready, we’ll ship to you.
