Refunds and returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you receive a physical item and change your mind, you can return it to us within 2 days. It must be unopened and in its original packaging. For items that arrive damaged or are the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will need a clear photo of the damage or incorrect item to help you. Once we confirm the issue, we will work with you to arrange a replacement or a refund. Your satisfaction is important to us. Please note, this policy applies to physical products. All sales are final for special pre-orders and items sourced specifically for you.

We will always try to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Delivery fees also vary based on your location. We will let you know the exact cost when you place your order. For pre-orders, delivery times will be longer as these items are sourced especially for you. We will give you an estimated timeline for these special orders.
