Refunds and returns
If you buy a physical product from Mamathess foods and change your mind, you can return it within 7 days. It must be unopened and unused. You will need to cover the return shipping costs. If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours. Send us a photo of the issue. We will work to fix it for you. For digital products, downloads, or services that have already been provided, all sales are final. We cannot offer a refund once you have received access or the service is complete.
Delivery and fulfilment
Mamathess foods delivers within Accra, and you can expect your order the same day. For orders outside Accra, delivery usually takes 1 to 2 days. We will always let you know about any delivery charges before you confirm your order. You can pay with Mobile Money or cash when your order arrives. We aim to deliver your items safely and on time. If there are any delays, we will inform you as soon as possible.
