Refunds and returns
For digital products like ebooks or access to coaching programs, all sales are final once you get access. We can't offer refunds for these items. If you buy a physical product like a Kids Reward Chart, you can return it within 7 days if it's unopened and unused. You will cover the shipping cost for the return. If your physical item arrives damaged or you get the wrong product, please tell us within 48 hours. Send a clear photo of the damage or wrong item to our WhatsApp number. We will help you sort it out. Coaching sessions and WhatsApp group access are services. Once a session is completed or access is given, refunds are not possible. We want you to be happy.
