Refunds and returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase from JAS.Accessories. If you receive the wrong item, we can exchange it for you. The item must not be damaged for us to accept the exchange. You have 7 days to return unopened physical products for an exchange. Please make sure the item is in its original condition. For items that are damaged or wrong, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will need a photo of the item to help us sort things out quickly. Please note that all sales for digital products, downloads, and completed services are final. We cannot offer refunds once access is given or the service is rendered.
Delivery and fulfilment
We deliver to Gbetsile, Accra, and nationwide across Ghana. For orders within Accra, we usually pack your items in 1-2 days. Deliveries typically follow soon after packing. For areas outside Accra, like Kumasi and other regions, packing takes 2-3 days. Delivery times will vary depending on your location. You are responsible for paying the delivery fees. We will let you know the cost before confirming your order. We aim to get your items to you as quickly as possible. We work with reliable delivery partners to ensure your order arrives safely.
Other terms
The prices for our items can change, but don't worry, the price you pay at the time of your order is final. We will never change the price after you have paid. We do our best to show accurate photos of our products. However, please remember that colors might look slightly different on your screen compared to real life. This is due to different screen settings and lighting. We are here to help you feel complete in your dressing and confident in yourself. Your satisfaction is important to us.
