Buying from Rose of Sharon Kids Collection
Refunds and returns
Rose of Sharon Kids Collection wants you to be happy with your order. Physical items: if an item arrives damaged, wrong or faulty, contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we will replace it or refund you. Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days; return transport is paid by the buyer. Services and bookings: you can reschedule once with at least 24 hours' notice. No-shows and late cancellations are not refunded. Refunds are sent back to the same payment method within 5 working days of approval.
Delivery and fulfilment
Tell us where you are and we will confirm delivery before we send. Orders are packed within 1–2 working days after payment is confirmed. Delivery usually takes 1–3 working days depending on your location. We share tracking updates as your order moves from packed to shipped to delivered. Delivery fees are shown at checkout before you pay. Someone must be available on the phone number you gave us.
Other terms
Prices are shown in the currency on the listing and can change without notice, but never after you have paid. Photos are of the real items; small differences in colour can happen on different screens.
