Refunds and returns
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please message us within 48 hours with a photo of the item. For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on food items that have been opened or used. Unopened items can be returned within 7 days. Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer. Once your return is approved, we will provide a replacement or a refund.
Delivery and fulfilment
• Packing time: 1 to 2 days after you place your order. • Kumasi deliveries (Brofoyedu and nearby areas): 1 to 2 days after packing. • Other Ashanti Region deliveries: 2 to 3 days after packing. • We will send an update once your order is on the way. • Payment methods: Mobile Money or cash once your order is confirmed.
